This elaborately bound and folded catalog features full colour stills of the 2018-2019 showing of Inaabiwin at the RMG. Inaabiwin means “movement of light” in Anishnaabemowin and is used to describe lightning. Artists Scott Benesiinaabandan, Hannah Claus, Tanya Lukin Linklater, Meryl McMaster, and Greg Staats employ this fast and intense light as a metaphor for interconnectedness, reinvigorating Indigenous peoples' relational approach to knowledge and understanding.
